Took my car to this place yesterday for the first time and I was extremely disappointed with the service. I paid almost $60 for a full service car wash with shine inside and out. I got home, inspected my car, and... well, let the pictures tell the story

Avoid Perfect 10. They’re terrible. The good (minimally) doesn’t outweigh the bad (mostly). No matter how many opportunities I give “Far from-Perfect 10” to return to their former quality service—they neither try to nor—as evidenced by the harsh reviews they’ve received—want to. Note: there were only two vehicles ahead of me, none in line behind me, and clearly what appeared to be enough staff (others were visibly standing around) to do a job to be proud of rather than a crappy one that the owners defend. 7/5/26: paid $58 (not including tip) for wash and floor mats cleaning. Horrible interior cleaning! Wiped inside? Somewhat—again, minimally. Windows wiped cleaned inside and out?? Again—minimally. The experience is analogous to justifying a $250 dinner for your wife and yourself. If the steak sucks, and the service is poor, does it really matter how the rest of the meal tasted?!? The customers paid for a tacit, agreed-upon experience: good quality products and services equal good revenue—repeat revenue—if done consistently. Just paid $50 for a car wash and a vacuum and inside wipe down. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Don't Waste your money!! "Edit" Coming back to update my review. I really wish I had read the other one-star reviews before spending my money here. Seriously, don't waste your money. If you think I'm the exception, take a few minutes to read the other one-star reviews.

Edit: I spoke with the manager who explained that their equipment couldn't have caused the scratch and that the paint that came off was probably bubbling up already before being buffed. He also said the mark on the car that didn't get cleaned was probably tree sap, and I do park under a tree. I believe him on all counts. There was still some schmutz and streaks left behind, but the bad stuff seems to be a timing. My car was still covered in spots after the wash, and they took paint off my hood and left a deep scratch along the side of my car. My windows were full of streaks. It was my first time getting a fancy car wash and will be my last. I'm so disappointed in this business.

Perfect 10 used to be a good way to get a deep clean at a reasonable price. Now it's apparently no different than a gas station drive thru wash. They barely wiped down the surfaces and left a ton of dirt unvacuumed. Website says that the #9 includes everything in number 8, which should include vacuuming the trunk, which they didnt even bother to do even a little.This is not my first sub-par experience, so at this point I know its systemic and I will have to find a new full-service wash.
